This is an authentic WWII German Faithful Service Cross for 25 Years (Treuedienst-Ehrenzeichen 1. Stufe), awarded to German civil servants and public employees who had completed 25 years of faithful and loyal service. Instituted in 1938, the decoration recognized long and dedicated service within the German civil administration and government organizations.

The medal features a white enamel cross with a black swastika at its center, surrounded by an oak leaf wreath. The reverse bears the inscription “Für treue Dienste” (“For Faithful Service”). This example retains its original blue suspension ribbon and displays excellent detail with well-preserved enamel and an attractive natural age patina.

The 25-Year Faithful Service Cross remains one of the most recognizable German civil awards of the Second World War and is a desirable addition to any WWII militaria collection.
