This website is operated by MDWW2Battlegrounds. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MDWW2Battlegrounds. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

MDWW2Battlegrounds specializes in the sale of historical collectibles, militaria, relics, artifacts, vintage items and merchandise.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCT CONDITION & HISTORICAL ITEMS
Many items sold by MDWW2Battlegrounds are genuine historical collectibles and may show signs of age, wear, corrosion, oxidation, dirt, repairs, restoration, fading, scratches, cracks or other imperfections consistent with their age and historical use.
Buyers understand and accept that these items are sold as historical collectibles and not as new consumer products.
We make every effort to describe and photograph items as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screens, lighting and photography.
Minor imperfections, wear and historical aging visible in photographs or reasonably expected for historical artifacts do not constitute grounds for returns or refunds.
Product photographs form part of the item description and should be reviewed carefully before purchase.
SECTION 3 – AUTHENTICITY DISCLAIMER
Authenticity assessments are based on our own experience, research and opinion unless explicitly stated otherwise.
MDWW2Battlegrounds does not provide legally binding certificates of authenticity or third-party authentication unless specifically mentioned in the product listing.
Buyers acknowledge that opinions regarding historical items may differ among collectors and experts.

Historical interpretations, identifications, estimated periods, military attributions and dating of items are based on our own research, experience and opinion unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Opinions regarding historical artifacts and militaria may differ among collectors, historians and experts.
MDWW2Battlegrounds cannot guarantee universal agreement regarding the interpretation, attribution or dating of historical items.
SECTION 5 – FUNCTIONALITY DISCLAIMER
Historical items are sold primarily as collectibles.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, functionality of mechanical, electrical or technical items is not guaranteed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- flashlights,
- compasses,
- radios,
- watches,
- tools,
- field equipment,
- and electronic components.
SECTION 6 – HISTORICAL SYMBOLS & CONTENT
Certain historical items may contain period markings, insignia or symbols that may be considered offensive in modern contexts.
These items are sold strictly for historical, educational, research and collecting purposes.
MDWW2Battlegrounds does not endorse or promote any political ideology or extremist beliefs.
SECTION 7 – PRICING & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Due to the unique nature of many historical collectibles, most items are one-of-a-kind and availability cannot be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.
We make no guarantees regarding future market value, investment potential or collectibility of purchased items.
SECTION 8 – ERRORS & INACCURACIES
Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, transit times or availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 9 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:
- customs procedures,
- courier delays,
- weather conditions,
- holidays,
- international transport disruptions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or postal carriers.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
SECTION 10 – CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by their country.
MDWW2Battlegrounds has no control over customs procedures or import charges.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that imported items are legal within their country or jurisdiction.
SECTION 11 – SHIPPING DAMAGE & CLAIMS
In the event of shipping damage, the buyer must:
- retain all original packaging,
- shipping materials,
- labels,
- and damaged contents
until the shipping carrier investigation has been completed.
Failure to retain packaging materials may negatively affect claim eligibility.
Claims for shipping damage must include:
- photographs of the damaged item,
- packaging,
- shipping label,
- and packing materials.
