Refunds are only possible for merchandise items under certain conditions. For example, you have ordered a T-shirt but the product is misprinted.
We don’t refund our exclusive artifacts. The Return Policy is valid for all merchandise items (“products”).
For products that are damaged or misprinted you will receive a refund. For packages lost in transit we will investigate the cause, if there is an error on our part you will receive a refund. Please be aware that MDWW2Battlegrounds will not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. The reason for this is that all of our merchandise items are printed on demand.

SECTION 1 – DAMAGED PRODUCTS
MDWW2Battlegrounds refunds orders for misprinted, damaged or defective products.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.
To submit your claim please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Describe the problem related to your order. In case of a damaged product, please attach a picture. After we have received your claim, we will contact you and sort things out.
SECTION 2 – LOST PACKAGES & RESHIPMENT
Lost in transit – For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address – If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse. You will be liable for reshipment costs once your updated address has been confirmed with you (if and as applicable).
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore MDWW2Battlegrounds reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
