SECTION 1 – GENERAL POLICY
Due to the unique and collectible nature of historical artifacts, relics and militaria, buyers are encouraged to carefully review all photographs and descriptions before purchasing.
Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
Returns are not accepted for:
- buyer’s remorse,
- subjective expectations regarding condition or appearance,
- collector preference,
- historical wear,
- aging,
- or personal interpretation of historical items.

In the event that an item arrives damaged during transit, buyers must contact us within the timeframe described in this policy so that a shipping carrier claim can be investigated where applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Please carefully review all item photographs and descriptions before purchasing.
Product photographs form part of the item description and should be reviewed carefully before placing an order.
SECTION 2 – HISTORICAL COLLECTIBLES
Historical items commonly show:
- age-related wear,
- corrosion,
- oxidation,
- dirt,
- scratches,
- repairs,
- restoration,
- fading,
- or other imperfections.
These characteristics are considered part of the historical nature of the item and do not qualify for refunds or returns when reasonably visible or described.
Returns will not be accepted based on subjective expectations regarding:
- condition,
- appearance,
- historical wear,
- patina,
- oxidation,
- dirt,
- restoration,
- or aging.
Historical interpretations, identifications and dating are based on our own research and opinion and may differ from opinions held by other collectors or experts.
SECTION 3 – DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- clear photographs of the item,
- packaging,
- shipping label,
- and packing materials.
The buyer must retain all packaging and contents until the carrier investigation has been completed.
Failure to retain packaging materials may affect claim eligibility with the shipping carrier.
MDWW2Battlegrounds reserves the right to determine whether compensation, partial refund, carrier claim handling or other resolution methods are appropriate depending on the circumstances of the damage claim.
SECTION 4 – LOST PACKAGES
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
If tracking information shows delivery but the package cannot be located, the buyer may be asked to cooperate with the carrier investigation process.
If the shipping carrier confirms loss or mishandling, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue where possible.
SECTION 5 – WRONG ADDRESS
Buyers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
SECTION 6 – CUSTOMS, IMPORT FEES & REFUSED SHIPMENTS
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, taxes or brokerage charges imposed by their country.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- customs fees,
- import taxes,
- refused shipments,
- or packages rejected by customs authorities.
MDWW2Battlegrounds is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or import procedures.
SECTION 7 – MERCHANDISE ITEMS
Merchandise products such as shirts, stickers or prints may be eligible for replacement or refund if:
- the item is defective,
- damaged,
- or misprinted.
Claims for merchandise items must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
Buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing or personal preference do not qualify for refunds on print-on-demand merchandise items.
SECTION 8 –NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law:
- personalized items;
- custom-made products;
- print-on-demand merchandise unless defective.
