Description
Authentic WWII German Wehrmacht porcelain dinner plate, dated 1942. This is the full-size 23 cm regulation dinner plate, as used within German Army food service during the Second World War. The underside features the Wehrmacht property marking with eagle over wreath, along with a crossed-swords style Bavaria manufacturer mark and the date 1942, indicating mid-war production. The green stamp remains visible and clearly identifiable.
The plate shows honest service wear consistent with wartime use. There is visible utensil wear and surface marks from age and handling, but no major cracks or structural damage observed. A solid, original example with natural patina. A desirable mid-war Wehrmacht dinner plate, ideal for display or as part of a complete WWII German military porcelain collection.
