This original WWII Wehrmacht porcelain plate was produced by Rhenania, Duisdorf. The underside features the Wehrmacht eagle above the Rhenania maker’s mark, clearly visible and well preserved. With a diameter of approximately 17 cm, this plate falls between the smaller side plate and the standard dinner plate size, making it a slightly less common intermediate format. It retains the classic minimalist military design typical of wartime German field and barracks tableware.
The plate shows honest age-related wear consistent with period use, including light surface marks and minor traces of storage wear. No cracks or repairs are present. The markings remain clear and sharp.
A solid original example for collectors of WWII German militaria and Wehrmacht tableware, especially appealing due to its less commonly encountered 17 cm size.
