Description

This original 1941 Wehrmacht porcelain plate was produced by C.T. Tielsch, Altwasser. The underside features the Wehrmacht eagle with swastika above the green manufacturer’s mark and the year 1941, clearly visible and sharp. With a diameter of approximately 15 cm, this smaller format plate was typically used as a side or bread plate. Despite its compact size, it retains the classic military simplicity associated with wartime German field and barracks tableware.

The plate shows honest age-related wear consistent with period use, including light surface marks and minor traces of storage wear, but no major cracks or repairs. The markings remain crisp and well preserved.

A desirable and affordable original example for collectors of WWII German militaria, especially suitable for those looking to add a clearly dated 1941 piece to their collection.
