Description
Authentic WWII German Luftwaffe porcelain dinner plate, dated 1939. This is the full-size 23 cm regulation dinner plate, as used within Luftwaffe food service during the early war years.
The underside features the Luftwaffe property marking with eagle above the inscription “Fl.U.V.” (Flieger Unterkunft Verwaltung) and the date 1939, indicating early-war issue. The plate is additionally maker-marked Bauscher Weiden with “½ stark,” denoting reinforced military-grade porcelain.
The piece shows honest age and service wear consistent with wartime use. Surface marks and light utensil wear are visible, but there are no major cracks or significant damage observed. The markings remain clear and well defined. An attractive and historically significant early-war Luftwaffe example, ideal for display or to complete a WWII German military porcelain collection.
