Orders

At this time we support the following payment methods: Creditcard, Link, Paypal and Apple Pay.

Depending on your location, mostly in 3 – 15 business days.

 

Merchandise items are printed on demand so they have to be fulfilled first. Usually it takes 3 – 7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

 

Exclusive artifacts need no fulfillment and are generally shipped within 1 or 2 business days. The shipping time depends on your location. For Europe this is 2 – 7 business days. Shipping to other locations can take up to 20 business days.

Exclusive artifacts are shipped from the Netherlands.

 

For merchandise shipping, we work with an on-demand fulfillment center with warehouses worldwide. An advanced algorithm determines the warehouse location based on your shipping address among other factors. Certain products are only available from the US warehouse, other products can be shipped from multiple warehouses. You can find more details in the product description of each product.

If the product is shipped between different customs unions, you are liable to customs.

Exclusive artifacts are shipped from the Netherlands. If your location is based outside the European Union, customs may apply. These charges are your responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

 

The same applies for merchandise items. Although the products are mainly shipped within the same customs union, because our supplier has warehouses worldwide.

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please mail to shop@mdww2battlegrounds.com.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at shop@mdww2battlegrounds.com with your order number.


If the shipping address was incorrect, because you made a typo when ordering, we are not responsible for your parcel getting lost. You can then place a new order at your own cost.
